However, the air conditioning in my room was noisy and struggled to keep the temperature just right, which made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Housekeeping didn’t come during my stay, leading to some accumulated mess. Also, the luggage storage felt a bit insecure after check-out, which didn’t sit well. Overall, I had a good experience but there are definitely areas for improvement.

To whom it may concern, I’m writing about the nightmarish experience at YEHS. The toilet was a complete dud, and we were stuck dealing with a leaking unit soaked in mold! Not to mention the utterly filthy conditions—who wants to find old socks behind the TV? And to top it all, the elevators couldn’t keep it together, forcing us to hike up nine flights!

A suitable option for a getaway in Melbourne with good value for money. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the large TV with great reception. Make sure to ask for parking details before arriving.
